Join us for a two-session seminar on what’s important to know about sleep and how to start taking steps to improve sleep behaviors. We will cover why sleep is important and what sleep disturbance can look like and when to seek evaluation for sleep related concerns.
How to track aspects of your sleep routine will be introduced during the first session. Participants will be encouraged to spend time recording details about their sleep related behaviors between sessions and the group will discuss sleep behaviors during the second session.
This program is composed of two sessions on March 9th and 16th from 10 to 11:30 am.
