Using Movement to Birth with Confidence

In this class, participants will discuss and practice labor and delivery positions so they can go into their labor feeling empowered and confident. Topics will include positions to open the pelvic inlet and outlet to promote fetal descent, positions to reduce perineal trauma and positions as well as manual techniques to reduce pain. A partner or other labor support person should attend with the birthing parent.

This class is FREE. You will receive a Zoom link 24 at least hours before the class is scheduled to begin. We are able to accommodate 5 couples in person. If you would like to attend in-person pick the in person RSVP. If you have questions contact jchamberlin@cheshire-med.com.
