Pre-requisite: DiSC 1 & 2

This class explores how an individual’s DiSC style influences their approach to teamwork and offers insights for working more effectively with others. Participants will examine their personal contributions to team dynamics and learn the key interpersonal skills required for high-performing collaboration.

Grounded in the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ model—Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results—this session focuses on the first two foundational behaviors: Trust and Conflict. Participants will explore how vulnerability-based trust strengthens team culture and how productive, healthy conflict leads to better decisions and stronger engagement. You’ll consider your own behaviors, reflect on your impact, and begin to reshape habits that support a more connected, collaborative work environment.
