7-Week Series

The Cancer Survivorship Class offers a holistic approach to healing by integrating intuitive eating and cancer-reducing fatigue strategies, complemented by cooking demonstrations showcasing healthy recipes.

Participants will learn how to nourish their bodies mindfully while addressing common challenges such as fatigue, with hands-on cooking tips to incorporate nutritious meals into everyday life. This class emphasizes improving overall quality of life, empowering survivors to regain vitality and strength. It aligns with the American Institute of Cancer Research recommendations to reduce the risk of cancer recurrence through lifestyle changes, healthy eating, and effective stress management.

For all persons with a current or previous cancer diagnosis and their loved ones.

To register for this free class, please contact the Complementary Care Program at:  cancersupport@hitchcock.org or (603) 650-7751.

Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of Dartmouth Cancer Center, our FREE Complementary Care classes are available to you regardless of where you live and no matter where or when you or your loved one received care.
