Take a break to reset your mind and body. This session combines singing, gentle movement, and journaling to help reduce stress and bring a sense of calm. No singing experience is needed. All fitness levels are welcome.
We’ll listen to calming harmonies or sing along from our own space, try simple, seated movements to release tension and relax our body, and use guided journaling prompts to reflect and explore our thoughts and feelings. This session is designed to help you feel more grounded, present, and at ease.
For all persons with a current or previous cancer diagnosis and their loved ones.
