The Multiple Sclerosis Center located at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center welcomes anyone with multiple sclerosis and their care partners to attend this free educational event to hear MS providers offer the latest information on treatment, research and strategies for managing MS.

Any patient with MS is welcome to attend, regardless of whether or not you receive your care at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Registration is required.
