Mind Full to Mindful Program – Evening Cohort

Are you ready to change the way you experience life? Whether you’re new to mindfulness, eager to discover its incredible benefits or seeking to elevate your existing practice, “Mind Full to Mindful” is the program for you. This innovative, virtual eight-week program is designed to transform your approach to mindfulness and empower you to take charge of your emotions. Brought to you by The Center for Population Health at Cheshire Medical Center, this no-cost community benefit program offers:

  • Comprehensive content: Explore a diverse range of mindfulness topics, prompts and exercises, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging practice.

  • Enhanced flexibility: Experience the convenience of remote access and small, intimate cohort groups designed to fit seamlessly into your busy lifestyle.

  • Guided support: Enjoy a complimentary, 60-page printed workbook that will enhance your understanding and enrich your mindfulness journey.

This virtual cohort will meet weekly from 5:15 pm to 6:30 pm on Thursdays between June 12 to August 7, aside from July 3. The cohort is capped at 12 participants.

To register, please email your name and mailing address to Tammy Dwyer, director of community engagement for The Center for Population Health, at tdwyer@cheshire-med.com. The mailing address is needed to send participants their Mind Full to Mindful workbook.

Seats will be limited to 12 participants.

Meet your presenter: Susan Dreyer Leon

Susan Dreyer Leon, EdD, is a faculty member of the education department at Antioch University New England in Keene, NH.  She also is the concentration director of the Mindfulness for Educators and Trauma Informed Education programs. Additionally, Susan is a teacher at Vermont Insight Meditation Center in Brattleboro, VT, and a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.
