Our initial session will be your gateway to mindfulness and meditation, setting the stage for the 8-week Mind Full to Mindful Program. Together, we will delve into the basics of mindfulness, participate in hands-on activities and exercises, and get a sneak peek of what to expect and how to navigate the full program.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Identify one area of their life that mindfulness could impact
- Define mindfulness and meditation
- Experience 3 distinct mindfulness practices for daily life
- Understand how to participate in the 8-week M2M successfully
Mind Full to Mindful is an 8-week virtual on-demand program to help you build a sustainable mindfulness practice. It covers a variety of mindfulness topics provided in many different formats. Throughout this program, you will take a deep dive into the seven foundational mindfulness topic areas, different aspects of mindfulness practices, and so much more. Each topic area will be presented in a 15-20 minute guided video from a trained instructor with accompanying prompts and activities. You will have opportunities during the Introduction to Mindfulness class to ask any questions you have about the program and connections to the trainer throughout the course if IT or course questions arise.
