Would you like to join with a group of women to discuss women’s health issues in a safe and open forum?

Ellen Flaherty and Catherine Amarante will lead a six-week series on Women’s Health.  Each week Ellen and Catherine will prepare a short program on a different health related topic and then facilitate a discussion.

Topics to be covered:

• January 24: Incontinence
• January 31: Sex over 60
• February 7: Importance of Friendships as we age
• February 14: Mobility AND Flexibility
• February 21: How to ensure shared decision making in health care
• February 28: Downsizing and purging

This series is a drop-in.  You may register for one or all of the sessions.  You need to register for each session you wish to attend.
