SAIL is an evidence-based falls prevention exercise program that helps reduce falls risk.
This program meets Mondays and Thursdays from 10:30AM to 11:30AM for 8 weeks
it involves one hour of aerobic, balance, strength. and flexibility exercises (available in standing and sitting form) set to fun music.
Two textbooks will be provided for reference
