IN-PERSON: Enhancing Personal Care Skills for Dementia Care Partners

This hands-on workshop is designed to equip dementia care partners with essential skills and techniques to provide personalized and compassionate personal care to individuals living with dementia. Recognizing the unique challenges and sensitivities involved in caring for someone with dementia, this session emphasizes practical strategies that promote dignity, respect, and comfort for both the care partner and the individual receiving care.
