Healthy Cooking Demonstration

Led by instructor Elise Cushman, MS, RD, LD, CSO

A class to help break down the barriers to healthy eating.  We focus on simple meals that are easy to prepare, keep us on budget and help us to get more fruit and vegetables into our day.  This class meets in person at DHMC.

For all persons with a current or previous cancer diagnosis and their loved ones.
