Healthy Cooking Demonstration

Led by instructor Elise Cushman, MS, RD, CSO, LD

For all persons with a current or previous cancer diagnosis and their loved ones.

A fun, informative class to help break down the barriers to healthy eating!  We’ll focus on budget-friendly, easy to prepare meals that help us to get more fruit and vegetables into our day, and sample some delicious recipes, too.
