Connecting Virtually
Relaxing mindfulness sessions in a supportive environment to help create a sense of calm and reduce stress. We will practice guided meditation, chat about mindfulness, share observations, ask questions and explore how to cultivate practices that might be supportive to each of us.
For all persons with current or previous cancer diagnosis and their loved ones.
