1 to 2 pm
Current research on yoga shows promising benefits for people with cancer, including reduced stress and fatigue, improved sleep, relief from anxiety, and an overall improved sense of well-being. This chair-based yoga class will teach gentle, simple movements and controlled breathing. No yoga experience is required.
For people with a current or previous cancer diagnosis and their loved ones.
