This 6-week class will include strength training exercises and educational coaching on healthy eating and other ways to reduce menopause symptoms. The goal is to help you sleep better, have more energy and feel healthier overall. Coming to class regularly will help you get the best results. Please bring an exercise mat if you have one.
Fridays, January 30 through March 6 or March 13 through April 17
$60/person for each 6-week series
- All classes take place at the Women’s Health Resource Center (WHRC), on the mall in Lebanon, NH, unless otherwise noted.
- Class fees are due at least one week prior to class.
- Refunds are given if you withdraw from a class at least one week before the class begins.
- Partial scholarships are available for some classes from donations made to the WHRC Scholarship Fund.
- Many insurance plans offer reimbursement to their subscribers for participation in our classes. Call your employer or insurance representative for eligibility.
