Communities of Practice are recurring 30-minute live drop-in sessions for people who have completed the foundations workshop. Sessions are hosted by experienced facilitators to create structured opportunities for participants to share stories, learn from each other, and support each other to improve their ability to practice the six traits of inclusive leadership in the Dartmouth Health workplace.
Prerequisite: Fostering a Culture of Belonging: Foundations for Building Supportive, Inclusive, High-Performing Teams.
No registration necessary. Calendar invites will be sent to all past participants of Fostering a Culture of Belonging.
