Among the caregiver population, we understand there are unique considerations and challenges for adult children caring for a parent with dementia.
This monthly, virtual drop-in support group for adult children caring for parents with dementia offers a confidential, welcoming space to connect with others who share similar experiences.
Facilitated by a member of the Dementia Resources Team, sessions are informal and the conversations will reflect what matters most to those attending.
The group will meet on Zoom for 60 minutes on the 4th Monday of each month, with meeting times alternating between lunchtime and early evening to fit busy schedules. Participants are welcome to drop-in when they need support.

Registration is required for each session.
