“Communicating Effectively” teaches how dementia affects communication, including tips for communicating well with family, friends and healthcare professionals.
This program was developed to empower caregivers by teaching them how to navigate the responsibilities of caring for someone living with dementia.
This program is offered in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association of MA/NH.
