Program Description: 

Caring for someone with a serious illness can be complex – you may find deep meaning and you may also feel a sense of isolation.  Our in-person peer-support group can help connect you with others who understand what you’re going through.

This group meets in-person at DHMC in Lebanon, NH the 3rd Monday of every month from 2:30pm-3:30pm.
