This workout class can be modified for anyone at any level and will utilize your own body weight and your own home space! You will learn ways to use a chair, the wall, and even a counter top to complete simple exercises that help you gain strength, mobility, and get your heart rate moving. This class will consist of 45 minutes of movement including a warm-up, repetitive strength based exercises, and a cool down. This class is led by Jessica Pipp, NASM certified personal trainer, owner of Motivate Gym in Keene, NH.
Before the class begins:
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes to move around in and have water ready for built-in breaks.
