This course covers administering chest compressions, rescue breaths, AED use and choking emergencies. It also covers a basic understanding of the respiratory and cardiac systems, recognizing cardiac arrest, assessing unresponsive individuals and pediatric CPR.
Upon completion, participants will earn a two-year American Red Cross certification that you can digitally download.

What do I need to do to prepare?
On the day of the training, arrive at least five minutes early to sign in. The class will begin promptly at 10 am.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring snacks or lunch as you need (you can eat or drink during the course as needed).
You must be able to be down on your knees at least once to practice CPR with a mannequin on the floor. This is a requirement to receive certification.
Who should sign up?
This course is open to all and will help anyone prepare for and respond to emergencies. Seats will be limited to 24 participants.
Meet your presenter: Ida Daley, IC&M CPR, LLC
IC&M CPR, LLC, consists of two American Red Cross CPR, First Aid and AED instructors. Owners Ida Daley and Adam Sidelinger have been teaching courses throughout New England and are passionate about teaching these life-saving skills.
Ida has taught CPR classes for the past five years, in addition to working as an early childhood educator for the past 17 years. Adam has spent his career working in environmental health and safety, working for various companies and industries throughout New England. Along with being an instructor for the past year, Adam also works as a safety consultant.
Along with teaching CPR courses, the duo also offers basic life support classes for medical professionals, babysitter training courses and stop the bleed courses.
