The Couch to 5K (based on the popular Couch-to-5k® program) is a fantastic beginner’s running plan that’s designed to get anyone from sitting on the couch to running a 5-kilometer race before the 4th of July.
This 8-week training program is ideal for starting your running journey. With fitness coach support as needed, weekly tips, and motivational emails, it helps you progress at a comfortable pace, steadily build endurance, and prevent burnout.
